Cast The Right Characters
Once you've righted the studio ship, it's time to point it in a new direction. Gone are the days where you wait for referrals or accept any-ole-body into your studio. I will help you get clear about who exactly you want to work with and how to connect with them.

Once you are clear on who you want to serve, we'll get clear on what will serve them best. You'll work on developing your own "unique intellectual property" which will help you design all the services and attract the right customers into your business.

That's why your next step is to grow an audience of cool potential clients from around the world with a Facebook group where potential clients can dive deeper into your work.
I'll show you exactly what content to create and when to release it to help position your authority and help folks understand how to utilize your services.
This free content will spark conversations with potential clients via messenger and, from there, you can sell them into one of your services or courses.
Step 7:
Create a Course
Workshops and courses are the best way to "scale yourself" and serve more clients while making more money in less time. I'll show you exactly how to figure out what type of course to create and what to put in it using our recommended learning system, Kajabi.
Step 8:
Market Your Course
Once you have your program(s) ready to go, we'll work on MARKETING that baby! There will be a few options to market including emails to send to your current customers and social posts to invite NEW customers. I will provide templates for both strategies.
Step 9: Diversify with Data
After you've launched your program(s), it's time to further diversify your service offerings by keeping your ear to the ground for what clients want more (or less) of.
Example: You could create a recurring weekly membership program like the one you’re reading about right now! Or maybe get into corporate coaching (I'll share info on what I do for Fortune 500 companies as a speech, voice, and storytelling coach).

First...breathe from the diaphragm :) (Where else would you breathe from?!) Understandably, money is everyone's biggest concern. Here's my goal: You should be able to recoup nearly your ENTIRE annual tuition with one workshop or 2-4 clients.
Here's an example. In this program, I will show you how to create and market a 4-week workshop or course with an average tuition of $400-$450. You'd need only TEN clients to cover your entire year in the program.
I'll also show you how to create and market a "Protege Program" where you charge average tuition between $450 and $900/month for 3 months. That's between $1350 and $2700. With only 2-4 clients, you'd cover your entire YEAR in the program. While I can't make any financial guarantees, I can teach you the system that makes these possible and I believe that with focus and work it IS possible.
Here's exactly how to think about pricing.
One of the biggest questions I get is how to price your programs.
What I'll teach you is what I learned from my mentor.
"We should be providing 10x the value to our customers."
And that's exactly how I've determined the pricing for this program: how to provide you 10x the value of your membership dues.
My goal is to help you implement systems designed to move you from inconsistent five figures to consistent $100,000 or more.
So in order to be fair to you and provide 10x the value, my pricing should be around $10,000 for this course.
Now, while I believe it is worth that, I also honor that we are heading into uncharted times and I make no guarantees. The success of your business is truly up to you.
